Stayed for 3 nights. Hotel smells like heavy duty cleaning products. Made a reservation upon check in for room to be cleaned after 1st & 2nd night(since they require reservations for that). Was not cleaned first day. Rude front desk staff. We had people in the next room being so loud and shouting. Called the front desk. They said since it was not “quiet hours” they couldn’t do anything about it. Got a text from the hotel after the first night asking how the stay was going. Replied with a “1”(lowest score). Never heard anything. Do not stay here.

As long as you communicate your needs with them, they’re very ..."
