Great hotel with Eiffel Tower views. Staff was friendly and my room was huge for Paris standards!

Friendly & helpful staff, comfy clean and quiet rooms (floor 5), more spacious than I was expecting, good location just 5 minutes from Opera Garnier and a 15 minute walk to the Louvre, lots of bars, cafes & restaurants nearby to choose from.

Outstanding staff, from check-in to restaurant to housekeeping, all first class. Our room was very comfortable, there are usb outlets and lamps bedside which are convenient. Our room faced a small courtyard and neighboring building so there was no view but it was very quiet. All around good stay

Breakfast is terrible, and I would avoid it. While it is provided by the restaurant next door to the hotel, items are very basic and stale. Not vegetarian friendly either. In addition the washer and dryer in the basement takes too long to wash and dry. This could be a venting issue but it takes 2.5 to 3 hrs to properly dry clothes. These were complaints shared by others we met at the hotel as well. The rooms are generally fine and no issue and there are ample restaurants near by. Management isn't very helpful or responsive but staff onsite is generally ok.

Nice stay. Dinner could be served each night and the gym temperature better regulated.

The location is ok not far from Eiffel Tower and Metro. But the property is horrible! Different with the ads photos. Tiny anger room, tiny lift, smelly pillows and bathroom, only two paper cup, broken window locks, noise from street, hot summer. Plus the staff at night was very helpless and disappeared no one can ask when got questions! It’s not a 3 stars and over price! Not recommended!

We were only staying in Paris for a night and if that is your plan then this hotel will be fine. Overall, the beds were comfortable (albeit slightly too soft for our liking) and we slept well. The triple room we were given was more like a double which they had squeezed a third bed into, so I would book two rooms if there is three of you. Apart from that, no other issues - central-ish location for Montmartre (about a 10/15 minute walk to main Montmartre), and very close to the Metro and Gare du Nord station so a good spot to visit other part of the city / region if you want to stay here for longer.
