库拉德拉岛海滩假期

Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit each person so it only covered like less than half of the bill. Front desk staff can be more proactive. If you do not have a car I guess it might be hard to get around the city.

The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to leave our luggage in front of the reception. When we finished the breakfast , one of the luggages was missing. We informed the reception staff, and they said someone is taking back the luggage to us . But is fact nobody is doing anything despite we telling 3-4 different staffs to find out what has happened. Finally they opened the storage room next to the reception counter and our missing luggage was there. I see no reason why only one luggage was taken into the storage room, and nobody was trying to find instead of saying someone was finding and just carryed on their own work. We were delayed for 15minutes and luckily we could still the flight. I think that the hotel should train their staffs more on the logistics and how to manage unexpected situations.

非常超值，景觀非常好，房間更是超乎想像的棒。尤其，服務人員提供非常棒且細膩的服務。惟一可惜的是，我們此次沒空在其餐廳用餐。
