The grounds of the Westin are beautiful and I would stay here again when visiting the island if the price was right. However, there were some upkeep issues. For example, our lanai was missing a chair. The TV was not working properly, and the lock to our hotel room was also not working. The plate was loose and constantly getting stuck, causing the door to not close properly. In the bathroom, there were no rods to hold hand towels or to dry towels from the shower and the shower was missing a liner. Additionally, the shower was not draining properly and while taking a shower, our ankles were covered with water at all times. Having said this, the pools and beach were beautifully maintained. In my opinion the outside upkeep was prioritized over the hotel room upkeep. However, when we called the front desk, things were dealt with quickly. I just wish there were less things to have to call about.

We were there for a week. Great resort with tons to do. Beaches were awesome, amenities were plenty and food was delightful. Really enjoyed the trip and the vacation. Deffinitly worth a return trip.

I love the privacy we had with room and balcony. There is no smoking of any kind on property, but they do have a designated area. Not too many activities unless you travel over to st John's but the stay was great!

The rooms were clean and the staff wonderful. Only thing was the smell in the room a little musty and i am sure it was due to the moist atmosphere but luckly I had Lysol. Bar and food was terrific if you stayed in the Club. The food was amazing whether breakfast, lunchtime/snacks and late afternoon snacks or desserts.

Air conditioning insufficient. Appearance not as advertised.
