“Excellent location, short walk to the beach where you can swim. You can walk to multiple places to eat (paradise pie, beach bar, sea salt and Sudi’s).”

“This looked great from the outside and the view was magnificent. Unfortunately the stove was an old Coleman burner you had to light yourself, the toilet had a difficult time working, I had to open the back and manually pull the flapper up when I got there. The A/C was only in the bedroom. The bedroom was an open fishbowl with a great view and no curtains or any type of windows shade so I'm sure the view from outside looking in was entertaining. “Nice for what we needed pool close, we didnt rent a car so be advised condo is up a big hill , if going to beach you have to walk a ways, if you have mobility issue you may need a car , Suzi bar was great every one friendly. Michael the host is very responsive.”

“We loved the property location and view.It was newly updated and decorated cozy.The little kitchen area and bathroom utilized space well and were comfortable for 2 people to maneuver in. We were grateful for a full refrigerator with freezer. We enjoyed being there and coming back to the relaxing balcony at the end of the day.The pool area was neat and clean and nicely quiet during our stay.We also utilized the available BBQ each night. “The Mermaid’s Pearl was a comfortable fit for my son (19) and me. It is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful view from the balcony. The studio is a perfect size for two people and was very clean. We enjoyed the local restaurant (Sudi’s) and the pool just outside the front door, as well as the short walk to the Safire Beach complex (local coffee shop and eateries on the beach).
