This was a wonderful small hotel with excellent staff and a superb restaurant. We highly recommend staying here and, if we come back to Tallinn, we will certainly stay here again!

Great location just 10 mins walk from the old town ..... And " olde worlde " style of hotel which fits in brilliantly with Tallin itself ... An beautiful room used for breakfast with an excellent choice offered .... Friendly staff ... would return and recommend

Good spa one of the best hotels in Kuressaare.

I did not think this was a 5* hotel, I was disappointed. Save your money and book a more central 4*. The bathrooms are tiny. This was in an upgraded deluxe room. Hardly any room to dry yourself when you get out of the shower (or the shower in the bath). Dust everywhere. Very poorly cleaned room on arrival. Daily clean did not include toilet being cleaned! The hotel says it has soundproofed rooms but this cannot be true. I could hear next door room urinating when I was in the bathroom and I woke to traffic noise from the 19th floor! Breakfast is busy and you are not shown to a table. The A La Carte options are limited. Not 5*. Room service also has limited menu but service excellent and very quick. There is no concierge even though they advertise one. I asked at reception about booking a tour and hiring a car and they looked at me like I was an alien. Not 5*. For the money I would stay somewhere more central next time as it was not worth it.
