Comparing w/other all inclusive Carribean resorts it fell behind. Svc was inconsistent, some great employees and others not good. A couple of mgt issues: they ran out of beach towels at 3 on hot day and they also cut off water to rince sandals at 4. No app available with daily activities. Value for money not good. We went during the holidays, but the package was twice as much as other resorts that offered much more.

We come each year. This year we appreciated the new gym and pool. We thought the breakfasts were better this year with some new vegetables and always a meat option. However, internet seemed much slower this year.
