Amy. & Claire are very helpful in all aspects of ensuring you have a great stay. Offering advice on activities and restaurants - cafes etc and will make bookings on your behalf. We have just returned after 10 days. They have no shuttle. They will be happy to direct you to a cab for $25 per person, oh also they only take cash. If you didn’t bring NZE cash, there is an ATM handy, but expect a long line for the one ATM. After a long travel day, delayed flight, 90 minutes to get through customs, this unexpected extra $100 for the 4 of us and extra wait for the ATM was very frustrating. "When we arrived we thought we’d come to the wrong hotel. It was like rolling up to the entrance of an old western motel. A gritty, broken up driveway brought us to the main entrance which had a large plain pond with nothing in it - just an unloved body of water which must have, at one stage, had a welcoming water feature, I assume.
The stairs up to reception were plain concrete with grubby iron handrails. And the reception looked as if we’d arrived at the back entrance- barely any lighting,...

"Rooms are good and staff very friendly and helpful. Reception staff more business like but then they are busy . Nothing of note to be negative about . The resort was great with extra activities to go to during the day. The men that sang and played outside at night were very good. Visitors just need to be patient as not everything Food was very tasty and appealing."

"My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. James picked us up from the airport and was incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome right away.
Once we arrived at the hotel, Trevor took excellent care of us and was very helpful in booking our tours. The restaurant staff was also exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
We had a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to returning!"
