Absolutely beautiful and amazing property! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English!

I was disappointed by this hotel. I've stayed at probably 40-50+ hotels in Japan alone, so I have a lot to compare to. First off, great location especially if you're flying at HND. We stayed in the Annex, which probably impacts everything I'm saying since this hotel is made up of numerous buildings of various ages. First off - pool. There was no mention that it costs $20/person anywhere, and it was one of the main reasons we booked here. They hit me with that at the front desk which was annoying. Included breakfast - for some reason didn't include "kids eat free" as they charge 3500 yen once your kid is 4 years old. I was impressed at the restaurant's size and grandeur, but equally impressed at how low-effort everything was. No staff ever smiled or cared about anything we asked about, and there was 1 single "dish" in the entire place. Everything else was either "assemble it yourself" or "kiwi" or "bread" or "eggs" or some other single-ingredient you slap on your plate. I've never been to a buffet in Japan that has such a small assortment of actual prepared dishes. This one had some kind of chicken and veggie dish that was at the end of the entire room. Some drink machines were broken, and the "healthy tea" selection tasted like in 1989 when you didn't have enough Kool-Aid mix so you just threw into the pitcher what you had and it just tasted like ultra-diet-Kool-Aid. Room - ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS A/C. If you run hot, skip this hotel. Sofa bed was equally worthless.

It was run down and old. Restaurant was closed. Carpets stained , bathrooms were old.
