In the middle of a huge park. This place is a campus of buildings. I had to walk to city blocks from check in to get to the building. Can’t imagine doing this in the snow or just trying to get food delivered to you. The unit has a kitchenette, which does not have a microwave to reheat food but has a refrigerator. The internet was there but didn’t work. This is normal in Poland, even at expensive hotels. The breakfast buffet was awesome.

We had a 3 night stay in this hotel. It is a little out of the main town, approx 10 mins walk to the centre, in a mainly residential area. The reception, bar/restaurant and breakfast room were all kept clean and tidy throughout out our stay as was our room. A spacious double en-suite room in the first floor, we were lucky to have a view of the river and despite the cloudy weather during our stay we enjoyed the view.
The room was quiet and at times we felt we could have been the only people on in the hotel.
We had breakfast each morning and there was always a great choice with something to suit every palate. We also ate in the restaurant and this was equally well presented and delicious.
A thoroughly enjoyable stay and we would visit again if we were in Gdansk.

I believe this hotel is over priced. It says that there would be an airport shuttle, I had to pay for my own uber there and back from the airport. Tried every way possible calling hotel and trying to reach the front desk. For that price they could’ve include just an average breakfast and free coffee. Even 60$ hotels have that. Be careful if you would like to ask for anything, that would be an extra charge.

The room was spotless, the shower pressure was very good with plenty of hot water. The bathroom had all that you needed for shaving kits, combs, to lotion, shampoo and shower gel.
We were staying in an delux room and were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco. Very nice touch!
If you needed reservations to anything, the concierge will make them for you. Even for restaurant are booked ❤️.
The location can’t be beat.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. (Late Feb 2026) Everything about it was fantastic! Location, facilities, breakfasts and bar, cleanliness and above all else the staff who were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and would easily return without hesitation.

Loved our stay at the Betmanowska and will be back. The staff are so friendly and nothing is a problem to them. The location is fantastic in the main square with lots of restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable, the shower is excellent. Also a good choice of food for breakfast.
