It doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. It’s more like a bad Airbnb experience. Apartment is nicely set up however utensils were dirty inside the drawers in the kitchen. Don’t use washer/dryer, it takes hours to dry the clothes and they all got shrunk. Bathroom has been poorly maintained - bathtub had stains, bide was detaching from the wall, shower head had stains and appeared also worn off; there were no tooth brushes available when inquired, housekeeping didn’t come until I had to call twice at 4:30 and at that point I asked just for towels. Throughout the hallways there are big carts of towels/linen stored in the hallway , Blocking the walkway and give a funny appearance to 5 star hotel. We thought it was temporary, however it has been there for two nights on second floor and the fourth floor. Elevators are also strangely set up when you have to take two different elevators to get to your room And walk through hallways. I called for an extra blanket at night and had follow up again as nothing was delivered . Staff is lacking professionalism, it appears that they are either new or poorly trained.

Nice Location, good breakfast, great service, comfortable beds and clean bathroom! Highly recommended 👍

Un séjour parfait. L'accueil est au top, la chambre et la literie sont irréprochables. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et chouchoutés du début à la fin. Côté table, les cocktails, le restaurant et le petit-déjeuner étaient tout simplement excellents. Le cadre, raffiné et au standing un peu rétro, offre une véritable bulle de douceur. Les piscines avec des horaires larges nous ont permis de nous relaxer, nous n avons pas testé le spa , ce sera pour une prochaine fois. Seul petit bémol : l'accès à une restauration plus simple et plus abordable le soir après 18h serait un plus appréciable.
