There is no better place to stay in Lisbon with kids. The staff is very helpful and kind. It truly feels like home - I travel to Lisbon frequently to work and bring my child with me. As a result, child knows the kids club staff and begs to go back (which rarely happens).

The ac wasn't working. The sink was clogged. There's no outside near the bed, therefore you need a long cable. The tv doesn't connect to your phone. The future is scratched and outdated. The faucet was dripping all night. The hotel is advertised as 5 star, however it seems more like a corporate hotel for business travellers. There's alot of details that fall between the cracks and don't get attention for some reason. Seems as they are trying to be fancy with their designs so certain important details get overlooked
