Everyone was engaging from the moment I set foot on the property. The security staff at the property entrance, the reservation staff, the restaurant staff, the room service staff, the lifeguards, the entertainment crew, and everyone I may have missed, were professional, courteous, positive, and friendly. Honestly, I hope they are well compensated!

"There was a dead cockroach in the hallway for a good 2 days. The hotel staff were nice but the bar staff were rude often kissing teeth if only tipped a dollar. Amenities were decent by were pictured to be better than actually experienced... like the kids water playground area. Do not sign up for ..."
