The staff was incredibly nice. The handmade coffee cart was wonderful at entrance. But $200 for one way airport transfer? $544 for 80 min massage? The large seagrapes outdoor restaurant was closed due to renovation, food average. There Wasn’t really a common area to hang out. The food shack on the beach could have been nicer. They shd offer live entertainment. It’s a former st Regis, but I wouldn’t say this is “4 seasons” quality. They shd make better use of the grass lawn behind casa grande: make it a cool lounge for people to hang out, have backgammon, chess , books…kinda boring

Overall the property was well maintained, staff were very professional and helpful. Palomino island were beautiful location, enjoy the ride on the big boat but not on the smaller boat. Pools were amazing! Balcony views from 1122 were espectacular, however which I would off stay in 1144. Check in was excellent but check out the concierge was not as pleasant. Didn’t understood the daily additional $65.00 service charges, since nothing out of the ordinary was offered. We had to request the linens get replaced by day two. We call for room service and it was not available. It was a one time experience I don’t think we book it again.
