"I have never traveled to PR so much in 1 year. But my mother passed and I have had to. This is the best hotel I have stayed in. I had some trouble with the internet but other than that the service and the facilities were phenomenal."

"Front of staff not very welcoming we arrived at 1 AM room had a smell of mold, old cigarette and bug spray. The beds are on cots. Our window had a crack on it and the handle for the shower came off."
