Puerto Rico Island Pet-friendly Vacations

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric San Juan - Isla Verde for 5 days. Super clean and modern hotel. The room was clean and had everything you needed. The only down side was the maid staff were not super engaging and they forgot to clean our room one day even though we removed the sign. We called the front desk (they are super helpful) and asked if the cleaning person could remove our garbage and provide us another bathmat. They forgot to bring the bathmat, and when they came to collect the garbage they asked where it was located instead of coming in and looking for themselves. The front lobby had a lobby bar, espresso bar, restaurant and just around the corner from the elevators you could access the pool and hot tub. The front staff were friendly and very helpful. There is a kiosk in the lobby where you can book excursions, which we found very helpful since we love to explore the island. The hotel is also located in a very good area. There is a pharmacy/corner store down the street that is open 24/7 and is helpful if you need anything. There are other fast food chains very close by in case you need a quick meal. I loved how the beach was also down the street and very easy to get to.

Everything was wonderful! We will be returning for a THIRD time very soon!

Top tier very cleanly excellent room service. Wonderful Beach service a must stay keep on your bucket list absolutely amazing views and a wonderful experience.

El lugar es hermoso, naturaleza por todos lados, arboles, pajaros. especial para el descanso. La habitacion muy comoda y el aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla. El restaurante solo desayunamos y fue ok. Que no me gusto: 1. con mas jardines se veria expectacular 2. Buena provision de jabon y shampoo en el bano. 3. mi habitacion tenia estufita y no tenia cubiertos, ni ollas. Deben decirlo para llevar la proxima vez 4. En el restaurante se sirvio el desayuno en platos desechables y el cafe me hubiese gustado en una taza de cafe no en un vaso desechable.

The property was beautiful. Very quiet, clean easy to get around the area. Staff here was wonderful. The grounds here were so lush with greenery, The room had a beautiful Mountain View.
