Everything was great until the last day when they forgot to clean our room. It was because they had a lot of checkouts. But no excuse they should have done the rooms who were staying on first. So we had to wait downstairs after a long day out while they came back and did the clean. Otherwise all was good but for a bit of banging of doors which were very heavy.

The accommodations were comfortable, the location was excellent, the staff was attentive and the breakfast was terrific. Would stay again. Be advised the heated indoor pool is only open after 2pm. My only disappointment was not being able to swim in the morning, as this was the primary reason I booked this hotel over others. For a fee I was able to use the pool at the larger hotel next door- which was fabulous and had views of the Castle.

Beautiful hotel! Everything is great: Concierge service, Desk Clerk, Room, breakfast. The only thing I would change is the rooms was hot and they do not actually turn on the AC. You can play with the control panel, but for sure you will not get cold air. And it was quite hot. Except from that, it is a wonderful, classic hotel. I would stay again, no doubt.

The room was large and very comfortable, but on the second night there was a problem with a broken gutter outside my window which was very noisy. When I reported this, the receptionist was extremely apologetic and helpful, and immediately upgraded me to a wonderful suite!
