Breakfast was very good. Room quality was average and the hot water ran out in the bath. Guess due to xmas and nye they were understaffed at the reception and housekeeping.

Good value, close to the airport and the shuttle was really useful. Rooms made into family rooms were a bit small, especially with the chair that didn’t fit under the table. But clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent for the price. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that I left 3 electric toothbrushes in the room and they weren't turned into lost property. One was a child's one. Other two were real, expensive brushes. I know I shouldn't have taken them and know it was my fault for leaving them, but very disappointing they weren't turned in.
