Vanderbilt hotel, too expensive for what they offer. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Resort fees (!!) for what reason? Room fit and finish wad pointing to a 2-3 star hotel. Noisy area around it. You will not get a quiet relaxing experience, from weird bird calling at night (all night) to leaf blower going on at 6.30 -7 am daily.

The staff was helpful, friendly, and just overall incredible. Our room was great and even came with it's own small private pool! Speaking of pools, the pools, common areas, and facilities on the property were great. The all inclusive food and drinks were the only set back here- they just weren't very good. Thankfully, the restaurants on the marina made up for it. It's worth paying extra for the great food because every single restaurant was delicious!

i wish they would mention that there are renovated houses and non renovated. had to find out upon arrival that we will be staying at the not remodeled version. also, their check in is at 3 pm. expedia said its at 2 pm. so that one hour was a big difference for us since we still came on early- at around 12:30. coffee machine was at the kitchen, but no coffee was anywhere to find. in general, it would be not bad 3 start, but definitely not better than that and cost way too much
