“I agreed with many reviews on this place kept their grounds and greens tidy. However, everything else is not good. Starting with food, one rest for buffet dinner. Food is the same everyday. The only thing you will see changes are pastry. One rest for breakfast, same Food everyday. We didn’t even eat lunch so I can’t comment. By the beach, small snake bar, the only thing we ate was the grill chicken. You need to be there early. Also it appears that they don’t want to give you more than 1 piece.……

“The moment we arrived to the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort it was nothing but complete attention from the staff. The room was pristine. Plenty of shops on property and nearby. The setting of the pool & bar were amazing overlooking the Caribbean Sea. All staff were friendly and helpful. The navigator that booked our excursion was very knowledgeable and helpful from day one! Highly recommend the resort and the beautiful island of Aruba!”

“Our stay at Secrets Royal Beach was beyond amazing. The staff, especially Marvis our VIP concierge, Angel, our pool waiter and Julio at the preferred loung were absolutely fabulous. Each of them were so attentive and helpful and I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. The grounds were immaculately maintained, the shows were very well done and the rooms were clean and kept at a perfect temperature. Would highly recommend!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!”

“I booked a room with double beds and got a king. The room was ok. You are allotted two wash cloths a day and two towels per person. Please bring your own. The sofa was visibly dirty. There are no microwaves in the room. If you are bringing food from outside of the resort good luck with warming up leftovers. My initial contact with staff member was pleasant when checking in. However, I had an issue with TV and when speaking to staff representative at the front desk. She asked did I turn the TV……

“Rated 4 stars based on the following: The room, we had a swim out suite, is definitely 5 star as is the resort staff. The gym and hydrotherapy were also 5 star. My wife had a 3 star experience at the spa - mine was 4 star. Where things broke down was in the food department and the party culture. The food was 3 stars at best, staff is amazing and attentive, but the food just was not that good. They tried really hard to upscale the dining experience by providing individual themed restaurants in……

“Overall the property is nice and clean, the VIP benefits were very few to none. Staff could have spoke better English. We had better experience at Hyatt Ziva. Too far from the airport. Food was good. Overall good value for your money.”
