This is a great hotel for getting to restaurants and bars and walking to the beach the negatives were the rear of the hotel needs attention the garden was overgrown and dirty as you walk through it to get to the pool which was dirty the bathrooms were from the 18th century and the bed linen was dirty even difficult to get new towels everyday my friends room was without hot water for the entire 4 night stay the hotel could not fix the issue and did nothing to change his room or apply priority to the issue very laid back appproach overall a great hotel for location only but the actual building is rather poor the only nice part of the building was the reception rest very poor

Good breakfast, great property, amazing staff always available. Highly recommend to stay in Goa. Especially the staff member BANIE kudos her great at understanding the guest.

All of the staff were helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff on the 4th was very as efficient and kept the room tidy. The wait staff in the restaurant were helpful and even ensured that my order was cooked with no spices due to digestive problems. The hotel was in a safe location and the river view from my room was excellent. Now for the cons: the pool was inviting and I know it was windy which is why there were leaves and other debris floating in the water, the hotel could use some updating and sprucing up, and the casino forced us to play the tables before you could play the slots which was really weird. I handed my chips to my husband and walked out- we had heard of none of the tables in the casino; therefore didn’t know how to play which meant it was a waste of my time and money; the only table we had heard of was Black Jack and it was full.

Gym with a view! Clean and well kept hotel, good spa. Nice pool and pool bar area.

We really enjoyed our stay hospitality was nice The only two comments that I'd like to make on why I didn't get five stars is the casino cleanliness and the ocean view for our suite wasn't actually an ocean view it was covered by trees.

This stay was in between north and south goa. So it felt very quiet and safe. Although, a bit of travel to attractions. Loved the room, and quietness and cleanliness of the property. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was limited but delicious.
