I loved this hotel! From beginning to end it was such a pleasant experience. The staff was amazing, the conditions of the property is top notch, the location was perfect and the food at the restaurant was something we still dream about. It was so delicious without being pretentious.

Amazing mountain views. Great breakfast. friendly staff. The fitness center didn't have sanitizing wipes all five days that I worked out. I asked the front desk 3 times if they could refill the dispenser. It never happened. I had to buy clorox wipes so that I could wipe the equipment off when I was finished.

Stayed here for a long weekend stay-cation.
PRO: The staff were very friendly and professional. The location is great, near shopping and many restaurants. Short walk to the lake, or up to the trees. Room was clean.
MEH: plan ahead for a shower. Water is hot but pressure was very low. Parking lot is small, so if there are a lot of SUVs, trucks, it can be tricky to navigate. The free breakfast was what you can expect from any BW free breakfast.
CON: If you can bring you pillow, do so. The ones in our room were like sleeping on plywood. Beds are so-so.
Note that this really is a motel, not hotel. For us, that was fine as we can park right in front of our door instead of wandering hallways. But it does mean you will hear parking lot noise.
Overall, I would stay again. But I would also make plans for the things I mentioned.
