This location was perfect for my trip. Emily who worked in the bar made sure that for the nights I was there I had a cold Diet Coke in the Cooler. I came in was super tired and she offered to take my order and bring it up to my room so I could relax. She also made me a rum old fashion to perfection. All of the staff was so nice and always answered my questions they did not make me feel like I was bothering them. Also this location is located a block away from shopping in Stockbridge and on Sundays there is a Farmers Market right behind the hotel. My room was amazing so cute and super clean. I would highly recommend a stay at this location. Thank for a wonderful stay.

The staff was exceptional. We arrived early before our room was ready and the staff took care of our luggage and directed us to a delightful afternoon tea while we waited. We blew an electrical breaker trying to use an American hairdryer and they promptly got the electricity fixed. They were very flexible with dinner reservations, working around our daytime activities.

Everything about Balmoral was awesome except one thing.
Loud music playing until 11:50pm, so the kids couldn't sleep. I tried to say something and they said it would be over by 11:30pm but it wasn't. It was a shame given the price you pay.
Otherwise though, people were lovely, breakfast was great, they had a cute Easter hunt with a prize at the end. Swimming pool was good.
