We had a devastating family emergency and the staff handled everything for us. They were so kind and compassionate. I don’t know how I could have handled getting to the airport and returning the rental car without them.

I didn't like the two occasions I used the men's bathroom on the first floor (lobby) because on both occasions, the single toilet was being used. Would be great if a second toilet was installed since there is plenty of room to do so.

I liked the uniqueness of the hotel, not the stereotypical look of the chain hotels. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. That being said, there were not enough outlets and they were hard to get to. The sink in the bathroom, while beautiful, the faucet did not extend far enough to get your hands or washcloth under easily. Minor problems, but we had a great stay.
