North America Romantic Vacations

It was difficult to get a drink at times because the waitress was focused on the table players. Some machines were dark or not working. Room was not cleaned every day. The bell desk lady was so helpful when we came to her with our questions.

Clean, quiet and comfortable enjoyed my stay.

The only thing that has been refreshed is the lobby . Our room was clean but fixtures in bathroom old toilet blocked up , no service in rooms when I went to enquire I was told to put my rubbish and towels in the hall outside our room ? Then to get clean towels and bin liners I had to get someone cleaning another room to give some. The bed was ok the pillows the feathers were sticking out , no coffee machine in room or kettle , you have a fridge for drinks , there is no lounge area to sit and relax even the bars you have to gamble to sit there , the pool well if your 20 and want to party in a 3 ft pool with 100 other people this is your place . People drinking too much and falling down and throwing up all that they just drank all day at the pool. Again if that’s your vibe you will love it , we have been to Vegas before wanted to stay at the iconic flamingo unfortunately it’s not for us . We spent a lot of time at other resorts to get good food , comfortable surroundings and clean fresh air , the flamingo always had a stale cigaret smell , not our thing , the concourse was rood needing assistance was told before I even approach the desk in a loud voice join the end of the que !! Just rude!! Don’t stay on the stop view as the day club across the road Thursday to Sunday parties until 3 am you will have your very own rave in your room .

Outstanding stay on the Strip, highly recommended! We had a fantastic time at The Palazzo and wouldn't hesitate to book here again. The suites are easily the highlight. The sunken living room layout gives you a ton of space to unwind, unpack, and relax without feeling cramped which is a huge upgrade compared to standard rooms on the Strip. Everything was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Convenience is another major perk. Moving between the room, casino floor, Grand Canal Shoppes, and incredible dining was completely seamless. You get access to everything across both The Palazzo and The Venetian without endless, confusing detours. Aside from one hiccup, the service was exceptional. Front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were genuinely welcoming and down-to-earth; interactions felt natural rather than rehearsed or scripted. The only downside was a craps "boss" who acted like a tool because I didn't know all the proper table lingo and unwritten rules right away. Instead of being welcoming or offering guidance, the attitude was so condescending that I walked away, and didn't bother returning to that pit. That one person aside, the overall experience was top-notch. For spacious suites, great amenities, and effortless convenience, The Palazzo is hard to beat. Highly recommended!
