My stay was a disappointment. I had specifically booked a deluxe double room online, but when I checked in, they gave me a standard room. And if that wasn't enough, the breakfast was a total letdown, there weren't many options to choose from. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I travelled in from the uk and had booked 3 rooms via expedia for 4 nights for my family. All rooms were immaculately clean and newly built. The management and staff were all very accommodating, professional and cooperative. The bell boys were also incredibly helpful with our moving our luggage to multiple floors. Every room came with a gallon of mineral water, a freezer and an automatically set air freshener which kept the room feeling fresh at all times. The ACs were all also working effectively. I would highly recommend this accommodation and would come back in the future. I would hope the management continues to maintain and prioritise cleanliness and this services.

This was an amazing spot. Excellent place to stay

Communication online was good.Air conditioning wasn't working in the first room had to change the room.Toilet was not clean ,sheets were dirty after many attempts one clean pillow and duvet was provided.Location was good but due to lack of staff hotel looks and feels neglected.Overall won't recommend or stay again had to move out for few days during my 7 day stay.Pretty disappointed but can't complain about the staff on the door and some room service staff were good. However reception desk didn't provide things in time and forgot at times .
