Pakistan Ski Vacations

My stay was a disappointment. I had specifically booked a deluxe double room online, but when I checked in, they gave me a standard room. And if that wasn't enough, the breakfast was a total letdown, there weren't many options to choose from. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent location, helpful staff. Breakfast reasonably okay. Rooms clean but bed linen needs cleaned and updated

Breakfast was good. Room was decent. You expect more when they call themselves as a 5-star hotel. Towels were not really clean. Reception was not very helpful. No Iron in the room. They will deliver for 1 hr and then keep trying to get back. This was really ridiculous as this should be a common item for a 5 star hotel. I ate in 2 restaurants and both were subpar in food but good decor. The cleaning staff and other staff were nice and helpful. In all, maybe I expected more from a 5-star hotel as I’ve stayed in many in different countries. 3- star hotels in US is comparable.

First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by the front desk, restaurant, and guest service teams. They are consistently polite, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to assist guests. However, the facilities could benefit from some attention and updates particularly the bathroom odor and the inconsistent hot water flow in the shower.
