Sabina Ski Vacations

Stay for a few days on our first time being in Rome. The area (East-end of Pratti) is very nice, quiet, pedestrian friendly and heavier with locales rather than tourists. The restaurant in the hotels provides an excellent breakfast. The staff clearly have experience working together as a team. 24/7 staffed reception was a helpful benefit.

Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Splendide Royal Roma did not meet our expectations. The front-desk staff came across as quite snooty and unwelcoming, and our room had a very unpleasant musty smell. I understand that this is a historic hotel, but considering the price guests are paying, the hotel should invest in better ventilation, high-quality diffusers, or another solution to keep the rooms smelling fresh. We were also disappointed to discover that there is no swimming pool or spa at the hotel. Guests may use these facilities at the sister hotel, approximately 20 minutes away, but there is an additional charge of €40 per person on weekends and €18 per person on weekdays. I believe this should be clearly explained to guests upon arrival—or, preferably, before booking. Overall, we were not impressed with the service, facilities, or value. Sadly, we would not return.

My daughter was afraid she was getting sick so a long night sleep was exactly what she needed. We also loved the double queens, the high ceilings and the proximity to so many things. We will for sure come back next time we are in Rome.

Glorious property, 3-Star food, 5-star service.

Elizabeth Hotel is 10/10!! We travel the world and have stayed at other hotels in Rome, nothing beats the service, cleanliness and overall stay then this hotel. Highly recommend if you are looking for 5 stars in all categories. Thank you for a wonderful stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing example experience

Everything was wonderful, and the staff was very helpful with directions and providing general information.
