If you book anywhere else you have passed up this Classy motel! Modern, tastefully decorated and super cleaned. We LOVED everything about this motel and it was a bargain! Your crazy if you book elsewhere!

very nice business stay

This is my bed and breakfast of choice when in the Lancaster area. The only draw back regarding our room is that it was on the front side of the hotel which is right on the corner of two busy streets and the room was not at all soundproof. We found it to be quite noisy which made it hard to get to sleep. I've stayed here before but had a room away from the main road and didn't have any problems.

Beautiful room, beautiful property. The scenery was out of this world very friendly people very accommodating.

Wow! What can I say? Diane and Scott were marvelous from start to finish. They really cared about us and our every need, to make us feel like their place was our home away from home. I love it that they both sit down with us when we first get in and chat with us about our lives and theirs like we’ve been friends forever. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Gorgeous grounds, beautiful rooms, great breakfast and fantastic people. What more can you ask for? Enjoyable, relaxing music playing in the main houses three common rooms including the breakfast room. Chilled bottles of water in the fridge and small bags of ice in the freezer for guests use. There is ample parking and you can’t ask for a better location. A truly great getaway.

We stayed here for 3 days & were very happy with the lovely accommodations. The room was charming & spotless & the breakfast buffet with homemade goodies was very nice. The property was beautiful with flowers everywhere & even the animals were sweet! It was a pleasure talking with the proprietors & we learned a lot about the area.

I love the front desk Chelsea~ She was very informative and detailed with explaining about the facility. The room was absolutely clean and my puppy was very happy with the room. I highly recommned this place for your family with your little fido

Property is very nice and well maintained

We can’t say enough! The location was perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants! The Warwick Ephrata Rail trail is so easy to find in Lititz! 8.5 miles of gorgeous shaded & sunny paved trail! Have a cold drink Griddle & Grind and ride on back! Lots of benches and bathrooms along the way. Restaurant in hotel was fantastic and Mexican across street great!!! Go to the Tomato Pie for breakfast, so good. And there’s a great Cafe New Holland also is great! Don’t miss the Sight & Sound Theater...

The hotel is a great value, very clean and the staff is so warm and welcoming. The complimentary continental breakfast is great, the room is comfortable and spacious, and it is so convenient to area attractions. The only reason for the 4 on comfort was the lack of firmness of the bed and lumpy pillows. The staff was so friendly and provided so many unique special touches in the rooms and in their breakfast presentations. One of the best places we have ever stayed.

The owners,Tom and Amanda, are warm and friendly. The breakfast provided was delicious. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. We stayed here for our daughter's field hockey tournament at Spooky Nook, 24 minutes away. Beautiful farm country and the cabooses converted to motel rooms were so cool! I noticed they were in the process of updating the interiors of some of the cabooses, ours was a little bit in need of attention but it was minor cosmetic. Atmosphere was relaxing; host was welcoming and engaging. Though there are no TVs in the bedrooms or social areas, they are far from missed.
