The property itself was clean and relaxing. Due to its age and normal wear and tear, is in need of some repairs and TLC. Included breakfast was great, though they could have switched up a little for variation. Staff was very helpful, congenial and efficient. Great value for the price!

Our room smelled like Chinese food, had someone’s clothing & underwear on the balcony and hadn’t been swept in months. To top it off the bathroom shower walls were so dirty you could see the dirt & dried boogers on the wall. The shower curtain looks as if it had never been washed or cleaned. Shortly after we arrived, the hallway to our room was very hazy & smelly only to find out it was being fumigated of some sort. Highly recommend anyone looking for a room to go ANYWHERE else. So disappointing to have 2 kids and no other option to move rooms. We ended up cancelling our second night & heading home early just to avoid staying here another night. The lady at the front desk was friendly, but still waiting for the manager to reach out about “an adjustment” to our bill.

It wasn’t as clean. The key cards didn’t work properly. The breakfast was par. It just wasn’t a great hotel to stay in. Could use some renovations for as beautiful and cleanly as it could be. The plus side was that it is a great location to lots of sights. Just wasn’t as nice as it should be for the price we paid. $385 for sub par hotel

I was extremely disgusted and disappointed with the Inn. Our room had very dirty floors and sheets. Sheets had blood, pee and dead bugs. Asked to see management he came and told us he could not clean that night only the next day took the sheets tree on the floor and asked for help to replace them and they were still dirty so I had to go to the front desk and they gave us a new room but that was also dirty and the sheets were also with blood stains and pee stains. The worst place I have ever stayed. Staff does not try to do anything better and pool water was green of so much dirt. Disgusting

Please don't stay here. This place takes dirty and unhealthy conditions to a new level. Everything was dirty and unkept. Things were falling apart and just gross. Also its unsafe to leave your room unless you want workers to go in. We started to pack up our things and take them to the car, when we came back in and our room was wide open. We shut the door and again they were opened when we came back. We were not due to leave for 3 more hours. At check out we said how bad our rooms were and we were told that we should of called them at the front desk and they would of sent someone to clean. We told them that our rooms were locked and opened by someone 2 times. They said they would talk to the staff. They really didn't care about the security issue. Very Very disgusted with this place will never go back. We will pay more or drive farther next time if we have to.

There was blood on the wall in our bathroom. There was something sprayed all over the wall by the one bed. It was not very clean at all. No one bothered to clean up. The pool area were dirty towels thrown all over the pool area and they were still there in the morning when we went to check out Staff was very rude and didn’t care. Did not want to make the situation right
