The experience at this hotel was unbelievable. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. We had a beach pool villa and I can't even express how beautiful it was. When we arrived the tub in the restroom was prepared with flower petals floating in the water. We had a FANTASTIC time at Rayavadee! Throughout our travels in Thailand, we stayed at all 5 star hotels and resorts, but this was by far our favorite. When you arrive, it's as if you are arriving at Fantasy Island. We were mainly going to relax, and our customer representative Julian made sure that everything was as we wanted it. The Ban Sainai was like staying on a tropical island. It is very spread out, but the staff were always ready to drive you from your room to the pool or reception area. The breakfasts were very good as were the meals at the pool. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and we spent plenty of time there. The resort has a regular shuttle schedule to take you to the beach. This was an awesome experience to stay at the Ban Sainai.

We enjoyed our one night stay! Everything was clean and very comfortable, and there were also nice touches like a stocked mini fridge. Very convenient area to walk to local shops/night market. Would gladly stay here again and recommend to other travelers!

Great hotel in a great area that’s central for seeing all the sites in krabi.

We stayed at 7 hotels within 3 weeks on our honeymoon and this was our favorite. The room was quaint and felt so comfortable. The staff provided us some leftover pastries each night from the cafe downstairs. Parking is easy out front if you have a rental car. We also have to say: if you're staying here, make sure you go to dinner at the Tin Grill, two doors down for dinner at least once!

OMG! What is not to like?! This property was beyond stunning!! Surrounded by lush beauty. Safe area to walk around for an early morning coffee and just sit with the locals. We had an amazing stay!! We stayed 7 nights every single person was so attentive and kind. The rooms were great!

We loved the hospitality! My husband actually got sick in the middle of the trip and had to go to the hospital. They were very accommodating, including picking me up at strange hours from the hospital, giving us extra food and water when we were resting, and making sure our room was cleaned in plenty or time.

Even though I travelled a lot around the world, but this is the first time I am taking some time to write a review about this hotel. I visited krabi June this year, at that time some how its less crowded at the hotel. Its a huge place with nice big rooms, very clean. You may not get beach/ocean view in any of the hotel rooms, but it is easily accessible. Pool is very nice. Beach is very clean with white sands. There are no hotels around this one, so you don't find this beach crowded at all....
