"The outside communal areas were clean and functional with good views of the mountains, the pools were clean and well maintained. The rooms were tired and could do with an upgrade. The female bar staff were somewhat surly, but the male staff were friendly. The all inclusive system was a challenge in itself and could do with being streamlined! Overall though a nice week was had, but will not be returning. "

"A very beautiful hotel right by the sea. The entire staff (owner, reception, breakfast, cleaning staff) is extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Great breakfast, beautiful and very clean rooms, and a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We come here every summer for five weeks and always have a wonderful time. Thank you ❤️"

"Very nice place with helpful staff. Our flight was cancelled and we booked at 9pm. This was after hours it was hard to give a time for our arrival, but Simone stayed and helped us in - even though we arrived almost at 11pm. The day we should leave they also let us stay and helped arrange transport to the hotel. The worst part was the "All inclusive" concept, it was quite vague. Just soft drinks were included, no cocktails (7-10 Euro each), and even more strange, Coke was included but Diet Coke was not. Not recommended for people visiting expecting a real All-Inclusive. "
