"Hated that there were only 2 very slow employees at the counter to help w check-in. The line was ridiculously long. And the self check in machine (not in lobby) wasnt working. Last thing you want to encounter after a long flight. The lobby/check in counter has 1, 2 person circle thing to sit. So ..."

"During Checkin at 7 pm, they made in wait 40 mins to get the key. After 40 mins wait they gave me a key and somebody was already staying. I was able to open the occupied room with the key and yelled at me. I had to go down again to lobby to get another key. Horrible experience and wouldn’t prefer ..."
