"I can't fault this hotel. I arrived at 5am after a 14 hour bus journey and even though my check in wasn't until 12 they found me a room and I was asleep by 6. All at no extra cost
I've never felt so welcome.
Lovely staff, clean and quiet hotel and really convenient for the centre of town.
Zero complaints."

"The staff was super nice and kind, this is the biggest advantage of the hotel. I made a mistake with booking, but they helped me to fix it.
The second one is the location.
The condition of the hotel could be better, especially the shower was so so.
Kids first day run in the room without the shoes and their feet and socks were dirty, probably the room was not occupied longer time.
The breakfast was very simple, but OK. "

The staff is amazing, welcoming and friendly. They manage to help you at any mean.
The hotel is also very well located, very close to the center.
One problem is: it is located above a bar/club that plays loud music until 2 a.m. so definitely not helpful to sleep well.
