“We stayed 3 nights, very friendly and helpful staff, if we required anything kirsty was more than happy to help and wanted to ensure our stay was confortable. Location: 2 minutes walk to south pier, Location was great close to trams, lots of food places (takeaways & restaurants) Hotel needs a little TLC and new mattress but its very obvious that kirsty and staff have been making improvements to make the hotel better. Parking less than min walk and is £15 a day. We will 100% book to come……

“Good place , clean , spacious & quiet Maybe they need to open the restaurant and bar since the place is islated otherwise crossing to that petrol station for a simple shopping is unsafe...i spent nearly 20mins maneuvering to cross ”

“Friendly welcome on arrival . room good ensuite , manager and bar staff great very convenient for shops and other bars in the area . Very good price just stayed one night as attended a wedding at Bashall barn . I believe Terry does a good breakfast but i never made it, enjoyed my stay.”

“There was a problem when checking in that could have been resolved if front desk would just give a call to Expedia but instead the man responded in a rude manner, with no intention to help us whatsoever. It was only one person but it ruined the experience. ”

“All of the staff at the woodlands hotel was lovely! Would definitely recommend the b&b! Beds were very comfortable!
