“I booked here as a transit hotel. So, my expectation was like a Paharganj type hotel close to airport. This one is similar to what I expected, a little better, in fact. Name of the hotel includes the words "Free Pickup Aur Drop:. Word "Aur" in Hindi means "AND" whereas the staff at front desk fleeced me and took Rs. 270 for parking for pick up (this was not stated on website or on Hotels.Com) and charged Rs. 600 for drop. Toilet seats were not cleaned, dustbins not epmtied, linen not changed after used by previous guest. I found each and every corner of the room uncleaned. In fact hotel reception rugs were not cleaned from ages. To the owners- What is the point of running a hotel business if you cant manage it and provide value for money? This is disgusting and it……
