“The stay was great!”

“Everything was great. Wished lounge would have stayed open longer than 10:00 on a Friday. Website time of 11:00 is incorrect. ”

“Broken bed, dirty towel, hair and dirt on sheets, old pillows. We knew it would be old and run down, but we didn’t expect it would be so dirty.”

“The UFS Lodge used to be a convalescent home, so it has large spaces everywhere, to make room for all those wheelchairs I guess. We stayed in a king sized bed, super comfortable, and had access to a full kitchen. The staff was helpful and friendly.”

“We checked in very late because of a medical issue. They had no record of our reservation, even though I had called the day before to alert them of a late check in. It worked out okay, but definitely caused some concern. They told me they didn’t use Hotels.com… what is the problem ???”
