"Beautiful house and very clean. Lots of great spaces in the house. Problem is that the Owner/Property Manager was not terribly communicative. Perhaps this owner is new to VRBO so isn't familiar with a lot of the customs such as providing substantive email communication on inquiries, a rental contract, and a property book in the house ( explaining how trash pick up works, tvs, what to do on checkout, etc.).
