Nhân viên rất thân thiện, từ bảo vệ đến lễ tân và các bạn nhân viên buồng phòng. Khách sạn đã để lại cho mình nhiều ấn tượng tốt, nhất định mình sẽ quay lại mỗi khi ghé đến Hà Nội chơi. ”

“It was such a nice place to stay in. Although a little west of the old quarter, the location was overall good as it was still close to other tourist attractions and it was nestled in a nice spot where you couldn't hear motorbikes from the room. I really liked the feel of the room. It was clean and easy to keep cool and the beds was very comfortable. The owner was also very helpful and unobtrusive.”
