“I loved the little extra touches at this motor lodge, like the electric blankets, bottles of water in the fridge and a decent number of hot chocolate sachets for non-tea and coffee drinkers. There was a spa bath too which we didn’t use but it elevated the room above your usual motor lodge. We arrived quite late at night, after reception closed, but they had a nifty screen where you type in your name and phone number and your room key pops out. Made it really easy to stay no matter what time you……

“位置在山上，晚上到的，不太好找。不过虽然说最晚8点入住，前台5点关闭，但是我们晚上十点多才到的，前台一直等着，说在我们后面还有一个客人，他还要继续等。态度很好，还有入住小礼物，非常贴心。”

“Staff went above and beyond. The lady with red hair and her granddaughter were professional, kind, courteous, informative and exemplary customer service. My mam and I were visiting from Australia and booked a room last minute when there were road closures due to flooding. We were delighted and had the best stay compared to the many hotels we had stayed at north and south. Thank you ”

“Although somewhat dated, the property was good and had all the necessary facilities. It was a shame that the kitchen was dirty and needed a good clean. Otherwise the property would have been great. However the Supervisor was very apologetic and upgraded us to better and cleaner accommodation at no extra cost. We were very grateful and in turn had an awesome stay! ”

“The property was totally fit for purpose and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The only downside was that it did get a little noisy early on Monday morning as it is in an industrial area. We were woken by a noisy rubbish truck. Can't be helped though!”
