“I booked Annex room that is a modern room with a private swim out pool and upon checkin i was told the room is leaking water feom the shower and im being upgraded to a villa. It took 2 hrs after 2pm checkin to get an outdated old villa which has spiral stairs and isn't safe for kids. My daughter got injured minutes after getting the room and nothing worked in the villa, the phone, toilet and sinks all didn’t work. I had to go to feont desk again to complain and advise them this was a unsafe and……

“The Hotel overall was excellent. Although they didn't put our rooms near each other. Then we realised our room was a disabled room with no furniture and clumsy layout. Plus located right next to the entrance on the restaurant. After complaining several times and some delays they managed to change the room. Vegetarian options were non existent but there were plenty of sides to choose from which became very repetitive. But apart from those issues the hotel staff were excellent esp Murad(bar……

“Das Hotel hat definitiv keine 4 Sterne verdient. Das gesamte Hotel hätte eine Renovierung notwendig, auch die Zimmer. Wir mussten zweimal darauf bestehen dass das Zimmer richtig gereinigt wird, da bei der üblichen Reinigung das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde. Die bettbezuge waren bei Ankunft dreckig. Eine zweite Karte für das Zimmer wurde ebenfalls nicht ausgestellt. Es sind nur vier Parkplätze für das ganze Hotel vor Ort, obwohl Parkplätze inklusive steht. Pool und drumherum leider auch sehr……
