"Beautiful little boutique hotel just steps away from Main Street in Ortisei one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Hotel was elegant yet comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Bartender Nicola was always there on arrival in the afternoons with a smile and a fresh Hugu Spritz, which we took to the awesome pool. Restaurant serves great breakfast with fresh baked goods as well as lunch or dinner available if you stay in and the food and wine selection is excellent. "

The only downside was the unexpected bill at the end of our stay, you are obliged to have have board however this does not cover the daily evening meal menu, we had to pay a rather large supplement which was a bit of a shock. "A fabulous, fully-renovated boutique hotel in a lovely, walkable neighbourhood (Selva). The mountain vistas are stunning, and the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast buffet was the finest ever encountered in 70 countries over 45 years of travel. The basement sauna (free) is a first-class facility with 3 different options. The dining room was pricy, but the food was excellent. We truly enjoyed the cheese fondue and raclette. Parking was indoor and heated. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends."
