“The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.”

“We just came back after 10 years. We were not disappointed! We love the brunch at La Croix. Looking forward to Scarpetta on our next visit. Stopped by the bar for a drink and to people watch and enjoyed live music and a lively but nice crowd. Love the LeLabo toiletries. Super comfy bed and pillows. I am A sucker for plush bathrobes and slippers which they offered. Was convenient to have an iron in the room too! We got to stroll Rittenhouse Square Park- which is directly outside. Great shops……

“I have never had a better experience at a hotel. I did thorough research to find the right place and it did not disappoint. The owners are the kindest, most genuine people. The property clearly demonstrates the meticulous care as well as effort for their guests. It is clean, cozy, enchanting, private and unique. I am actually sad that I cannot stay a bit longer but I’ve already rebooked my next stay. Also, if you’re visiting for the arts or artistic performances, then this is your perfect spot.……
