Our "superior" room was in a separate building across the entry courtyard from the main building. "Magnificent! Everything from the moment of arrival was beyond our expectations. The staff was incredible especially Virginia with Guest Services, Marco the bar manager and Andreas at the front desk. "The place is a gem, service is personally handled and speak to Miriam who is a professional and splendid customer service person with serious experience. The food is excellent, location is very nice, just be aware it is on the right side of a Pizzeria where you have to climb up stairs. I did advise them to put a sign as there was no sign and you have to climb up some stairs it is on the top. Splendid hotel with a personal service that is hard to beat. Strongly recommend this hotel."
