Hotel was really good, breakfast is awesome. But I got mugged less than a kilometre from the hotel. Keep safe, shouldn't be an issue as long as you are careful

The pool was fantastic, especially in the evening because we basically had it to ourselves. August in Bahia does not send many people to the pool but the weather was warm enough for us.
