“Foi uma ótima estadia. O quarto é muito bom, atendeu todas nossas necessidades e o pessoal é muito atencioso e gentil. O café, almoço e a janta são muito bons também. É bem localizado, embora tenha sido indicado por amigos não andar pelas redondezas em horários de pouco fluxo, tem um ponto de taxi no outro lado da rua que facilitou muito nossa vida e os locais dos circuitos, pelourinho e shoppings ficam perto. “I don’t think the hotel can really be considered a 5‑star property. The staff is good, but the hotel needs maintenance, especially the air conditioning. Also, the bathroom cleaning needs improvement — there are areas with mold. In any case, the stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good, and the customer service and security are impeccable.”
