"Room was good except I wish we could open the window for some fresh air. We are not used to having heaters all the time. The staff at reception was very good and helped to arrange the first shuttle to the airport as ours was the very early flight. There is Aeon next door unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore, overall no complaints. "

"The hotel is very clean and well kept. Although the room was small it was well laid out and very comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful and even helped me with my bags as she showed me to my room. Hotel gave me two taxi vouchers worth 1,000 yen each which covered the taxi fee to the train station the next morning."
