“The best was to meet Javier at the reception of the hotel. He gave us all the necessary indications, really fantastic when you do not know the area. The hotel was OK, a bit run down by the years. The location was on the outside of town, but after a 15 minutes’ walk we reached town , which was really good. There were some good restaurants as well as a pub named Moose´s, which was delightful. A good stay overall. ”

“Hotel was absolutely amazing. Beds were the most comfortable that I have ever slept on in any hotel. Clean, upgraded amenities. Pool was a little bit cold but the hot tub and patio were fantastic. I will 10 percent stay here again!”

“This looks like your basic roadside motel, but it's quite lovely. The owners recently bought the place and the rooms have obviously been redone, and they're very cute and smart. Ours had a little kitchenette--I don't know if all rooms have one--but it was so nice to have! And the best thing about the Selkirk is that the owner bakes for the guests--fresh homemade pastries (along with fruit and yogurt) every morning, and homemade cookies every afternoon! It's a lovely touch and we really enjoyed...
