Room was ok but I will never used you guys again I could have just called the place direct and got a lower price.

The room was clean overall, and the staff was pleasant. I would have loved a better variety of breakfast. The pancake maker was down for the 2 days I stayed, and I would have loved some juice with my breakfast. Only water or coffee was available, and when it was time for me to check out, housekeeping was knocking at 10 a.m. I was not happy about that. I felt rushed when my time to check out was at 11 a.m. So when I’m ready to check out, I speak to someone in the front; all I got was, “Well, some people leave without letting the front know.” My question is why are you knocking at 10 a.m. if my checkout is at 11 a.m.? You should be checking after 11 a.m. It was frustrating because I was in the shower, and it seemed like I got rushed, and it didn’t feel right. I won’t come back, unfortunately. But overall, it’s clean.

This was a much better experience then the last time I stayed. Room was ready when we arrived, the staff was great and our room was very clean.

The front desk receptionist when we checked in late at night was great! He not only encouraged us to explore the unique hotel but provided us with the history of the building.
