"It was very bad experience. It's nothing lik pic the carpet are really dirty the room super tiny the AC is not working the property is so old in everything furniture bedding. No shower gel or shampoo. The fridge is empty even no water bottles. i don't advise anyone to try it "

"What we really like is the great views along the Nile all along the trip. Some staff are really friendly and helpful but some aren't so we give it a 3 star for staff services."

"We had a deluxe room and it was fabulous. The courtyard area in the middle of the riad is stunning. We liked it so much we changed our plans to stay in a different riad when we return to Marrakech, we're staying at Palais Sebban again! Location to get to a car/taxi is convenient as is it's location to Jemaa El Fnaa. Breakfast is fabulous too!"

Not only for its convenient central location and quietness, but also for its decor and charm, and most importantly for the warm hearted service we received. It happened to be one of us’s birthday. "Excellent priperty, I’ll be back. My only gripe was the 20% off the spa didn’t include couples packages, this was never made clear until I checked out. I may have spent more if I’d known on other services, it’s an annoying oversight but not worth reducing my review which is still five stars across the board. "
