“The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. ”

“只能说完美。。一切都让你有种皇家的感觉”

“Good”

“Just supply the towels back after you take them out. Other than that, everything was excellent.”

“What I liked: food was good, staff were helpful, place was beautiful, nice looking room. What I didn’t like: had to ask reception twice to sort out my WiFi. No usb charging in the room. No parking for my car, had to park in the street. Very little entertainment. Afternoon kids club very boring no kids come or know about it, lady seemed to just wake up when we found the place. Air conditioning, could not adjust temperature, either on or off. Telephone had to be replaced. Some of the bedding……

“I liked it here. Very family friendly, great waterpark. Food is pretty typical of such all inclusive. Restaurant had a BBQ out the back which had tasty options often ignored by most guests (they could make more of this).”

“All are good including the beautiful sea view, delicious breakfast and food in restaurants. ONLY one thing, water leaking from the shower area to the toilet floor, even after repair work, still could not fit it.”

“Property is very well kept and has amazing views from the rooms. The food services though needs some attention. Extremely hectic during peak times with insufficient support from wait staff. They seem to be overwhelmed and the service could use some improvement. Their alacarte prices are extremely overpriced. Not sure if this is on purpose to push all inclusive but overall great place but need focus on food services for sure”

“Clean, very good breakfast, good location”

“Great place great food great stuff”

“Alles Super gelaufen und Stephan und sein Team waren sehr freundlich. Gruß Mayer ”

“Ich hatte zwei Kakerlaken bei mir im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage hat laut gequietscht und wurde auf Nachfrage nicht repariert. Das Gym war nicht gut ausgestattet. Das Restaurant war gut. Der Strand wunderschön!”
