Check out this brand new home built in 2025 only a 3 min walk to a popular canoe/kayak spot on Rice Lake or a 5 min drive to a public boat launch at the end of Curtis Point Road. This house has everything you need to get away including blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. There is also a popular fishing pond just a 2 min walk from this house. Only a 10 min drive to a popular snowmobiling/four wheeler trails called Morris Trailhead Northumberland County Forest (trail pass required). Regardless of what your needs are this is a new, clean and cozy stay!
